In all my years of working with agents in real estate, no one surpasses Ken Jones! He treats you like his family and will do everything in his power to get the deal done. I must have sent Ken a minimum of 20 listings, and he would always be transparent and honest with his feedback, and would not hesitate to reject a home based upon his expert knowledge and experience. Until he is fully content with all the finishings, layout, and location of the home, Ken will not try and persuade you into an investment. Not to mention, we initially spoke with Ken in September of 2020, and not once did he pester my husband and me with listings to try and make a sale. I was assigned to Toller after contacting the real estate company, and from there he was a lot of help. From what he said our process was very easy, but we still had some bumps on the road. Whenever we did he always explained exactly what needed to be done and was very timely. Looking for houses was pretty easy, he was able to get a few lined up that met our needs and once we found the one we wanted got to work on putting in offers. Then once we actually came to terms and started the process of inspections and getting insurance he was a great help with recommending without pushing towards anybody in particular. The people we did contact were very helpful, so he obviously only recommends people that give his quality of work. Then after that, he was able to get us all the things we needed in order to get the deal done, and in about a month we were owners. Hopefully, we won’t need to be moving soon, but we will for sure be using him again when we do need to and recommend him to anyone we know that is in the process of looking for a home.

I can’t recommend Kenneth Jones highly enough. He has been the best realtor I have ever met. He was not only knowledgeable but also has excellent people skills, he knows what the client wants and needs. In addition, he worked so well with our mortgage broker. He has many great attributes but just to name a few: he is reliable, flexible, creative, clever, intuitive. He knows his business and knows people that can be of help in terms of making repairs, etc. He went the extra mile not once but many times. For example, he helped us get rid of a bulky file cabinet that was left in the house. Ken carried it out and disposed of it. He accompanied my wife to the municipal house to get the water system connected, he surprised us with Christmas lights outside the new house at the end. I can’t thank him enough for all his support.

Chris has been much more than just my realtor in helping to sell my house. He has been patient and understanding in my transition of leaving behind a home that has been such a big part of my and my family's life for over 20 years. He not only answered all my questions and addressed any concerns that I might have had in the selling process but he also continued to stay in close contact with regular updates of any and all activities regarding my property such as inquiries and showings.
